You will have a personal credit and financial coach that will help you define your credit goal and then we will work with you to create a tailored plan of actionable steps that you can take towards achieving your credit goals in the shortest, fastest, and best way possible all based on your needs and goals. Your credit coach will provide you resources that will feel like superpowers towards reaching your credit goals. Your credit coach will set up monthly actionable steps. Your credit coach will follow up and assist you through a secure portal that will serve as a safe space to communicate and share information.
To access your credit reports, scores, and monitoring tools, you’ll be enrolling in SmartCredit®, a trusted third-party credit platform that partners with Platinum Credit Now to help you stay informed about your credit profile.
SmartCredit® provides features such as credit score tracking, report alerts, and identity protection tools. Once you complete the enrollment below, your SmartCredit® membership will begin, giving you access to your personal dashboard and credit monitoring resources.

SmartCredit® is a separate membership from Platinum Credit Now. Your SmartCredit® account, billing, and membership details are managed directly through SmartCredit®. Please note this program has a set-up fee of $150 that will be charged at time of sign-up. Your monthly payment will not be charged until 30 days after the program has started. It will be set up on autopay. All monthly payments are charged in arrears.
If you ever decide to cancel your SmartCredit® membership, you’ll need to contact SmartCredit® directly. Cancelling your Platinum Credit Now account does not automatically cancel your SmartCredit® membership.

After completing step one, check your email for a secure link to set up credit monitoring. This service is included at no extra cost and enables us to retrieve your credit reports automatically each month. This email may take up to 24 hours to arrive as we continue improving our system to deliver it faster.
Sign up for Credit Acorn. This step can only be completed after you’ve created your Smart Credit account in step two. Credit Acorn will then request your Smart Credit login so the systems can connect. We apologize for the extra steps and are working to streamline this process.
